"Erick won the New Balance National title in the pole vault this summer, and is a two-time New England champion in the vault. I couldn't be more thrilled to have Erick on the team next year as he is a gifted athlete with a bright future in the vault, hurdles and multi-events.  I have no doubt he will keep the momentum rolling coming off his National title.  I believe that with hard work he will be competing at the national level within his first year." – Coach Abbott
